Volvo Group is seeking Graduate Apprentice Trainees for a 1-year On-the-Job Training (OJT) program under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) in Hosakote, India. This temporary role is ideal for recent engineering graduates looking to gain practical skills in industrial, production, mechanical, or automobile engineering, focusing on ergonomic assessments and process improvements.

Ansvarsområden

Conduct ergonomic risk assessments on production/assembly workstations using Volvo Ergonomics Standard method.
Develop ergonomic improvement concepts and support their implementation on the shop floor.
Support in Value added & non-value-added activities study on Production line- Time study, Spaghetti chart for motion study.
Prepare and validate Standard operating procedures, One point lessons, and Temporary instructions.
Support work on process & quality issues for temporary & permanent actions.
Work on layout modification preparation/updation in AutoCAD.
Prepare local tooling drawings.
Support in documentation & data analysis.

Krav

Completed B.E. in Industrial, Production, Mechanical, or Automobile Engineering.
Basic knowledge about RULA, REBA, OWAS, NIOSH lifting equations.
