Volvo Group is looking for a motivated Graduate Apprentice Trainee to join their NATS program for a 1-year OJT in Hosakote, India. This role involves supporting industrial capacity expansion projects with hands-on experience in project planning, execution, and coordination.
Ansvarsområden
- Assist in preparing and maintaining project schedules using MS Project, Primavera, or Excel.
- Track daily/weekly progress against project milestones.
- Support the preparation of project dashboards and status reports.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, mechanical, and vendor teams.
- Maintain project documentation including drawings, contracts, BOQs, and MOMs.
- Prepare meeting minutes and circulate action trackers.
- Analyze capacity data and support industrial planning activities.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors for deliverables.
- Track material delivery schedules.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Industrial Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of project management tools preferred.
