This role is for a Graduate Apprentice Trainee under the NATS program in Hosakote, India, offering a 1-year On-the-Job Training opportunity. The position focuses on HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, contract labor management, and payroll support, requiring a BBA degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.

Ansvarsområden

Prepare and present day-to-day absenteeism and support to ensure 100% availability of people.
Support Recruitment, onboarding & Induction of Fixed term employees, Graduate Apprentice trainees.
Manage contract labour: Recruitment, Onboarding, Induction, Attendance Management (Biometric and monthly reports), Statutory compliance, Dashboard preparations, Job rotation, Awareness activities.
Coordinate NTTF training for Land contributor trainees.
Support in developing Policy related to Employee Relations.
Assist in Salary & Wage administration (prepare monthly Payroll input).
Support employee initiatives & welfare activities (Birthday celebrations, Transportation, family day celebration, sports day, Ayudha pooja, Karnataka Rajyotsava etc.).
Support Industrial Visits, Internship & project trainees.

Krav

BBA or any relevant qualification.
Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint) and Power BI.
