Alfa Laval is seeking a D365 Key User for its Food and Water Services team in Satara, India. This full-time, on-site role involves becoming an expert in D365 for order receipt, validation, processing, and related functions, ensuring local processes align with global standards. The position requires strong domain knowledge in manufacturing, planning, and logistics, with over 5 years of experience, and a Bachelor's degree.

Ansvarsområden

  • Become the factory's expert in D365 for order receipt, validation, processing, handling commissions/credits, and pricing.
  • Understand and document track processes and their cross-functional connections.
  • Ensure local processes align with global D365 processes.
  • Be hands-on during site roll-out, defining and testing business scenarios.
  • Perform end-to-end and UAT testing.
  • Prepare training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Support and train local users in D365.
  • Drive local data cleansing in the legacy system (Movex).
  • Extract and ensure coherence of data from the legacy system.
  • Coordinate track activities across sites post-go-live.
  • Govern and implement new processes after deployment.
  • Act as a super-user and point of contact for processes after go-live.
  • Serve as an interface to the Local Steering Committee.
  • Own business/delivery process scenarios for the track and manage scope.
  • Test solution acceptability and ensure local processes fit OneERP Standard and legal requirements.
  • Close locally owned gaps.
  • Support end-users in change management.
  • Ensure process/function benefit realization post roll-out.

  • Deep understanding of business processes and best practices in specific functional areas.
  • Product Specific Knowledge.
  • Product Structure Knowledge.
  • Planning Process Understanding.
  • Manufacturing Process Understanding.
  • English Fluency.
  • Ability to train and guide others.
  • Ability to bridge gaps between D365 experts and end-users.
  • Proficiency in using D365.
  • Fair IT proficiency for first-level support.
  • Attention to detail for configuring system settings, defining security roles, and testing functionality.
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Processes, Planning Processes, Product Knowledge, Logistics, Despatch, GST Taxation & Warehouse functions, processes, methodologies and tools (approx. 5+ Years).
  • Knowledge of ALPS.
  • Knowledge of RTO and Custom Rules and Taxations.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Exposure to small / medium / large scale program implementation is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
  • Experience and understanding of how to drive and manage organizational change related to IT transformation, with a focus on minimizing resistance and maximizing adoption.
  • Awareness or exposure to D 365 / ERP implementation will be preferred.
