As a Google Workspace Delivery Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end technical strategy and delivery of Google Workspace deployments, ensuring smooth data migrations and architectural alignment. You will act as the central point of contact, coordinating between customers, internal teams, and external integrators to define scope, manage schedules, and mitigate risks.
Ansvarsområden
- Manage end-to-end delivery and technical strategy for Google Workspace deployments, ensuring architectural alignment and smooth data migrations.
- Coordinate complex technical requirements between customers, internal cross-functional teams, and external system integrators.
- Define project scope, establish baselines, manage schedules, and identify/mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular service reviews, monitor SLAs, and track quality metrics for optimal service delivery.
- Guide customers through technical change management and user adoption strategies to maximize Google Workspace value.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional technical teams, stakeholders, and external deployment partners.
- Experience programming in Java, Python, Go, C++, or similar.
- Experience with cloud computing, IT systems integration, and deploying enterprise SaaS solutions (specifically Google Workspace).
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Professional certification in Google Workspace Administration or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of Workspace or equivalent products and their principles.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for an executive audience.
- Demonstrated record in implementing cloud or software projects in corporate environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical tradeoffs to both executives and engineers.
