  • Commit to all IKEA health, safety, and security rules.
  • Contribute daily to action plan goals and participate in goal setting.
  • Optimize daily goods flow operations by working in a lean, simple, and cost-conscious way.
  • Take responsibility for lowering environmental impact and contributing to long-term profitability sustainably.

Krav

  • Working hours: 20 hours per week.
  • Able to commit 4-5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Enthusiastic about working with others in a team.
  • Flexible approach to work and open to change.
  • Interest in home furnishing and people’s everyday life at home.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize own work for efficient time utilization.
