Arla Foods Ingredients seeks a Global QEHS Whey Business Partner to drive quality standards for whey ingredients across global sites, with a focus on the UK and Argentina. This hybrid role, based in the UK or Denmark, requires 5+ years of food industry experience, strong quality assurance skills, and project management capabilities.

Ansvarsområden

  • Establish and ensure implementation of robust quality standards related to whey.
  • Develop and maintain detailed specifications for whey.
  • Support and collaborate with production sites in the UK and Argentina to address whey quality challenges.
  • Ensure effective escalation and management of incidents affecting whey quality.
  • Promote and champion a strong whey quality culture at UK and Argentinian sites.
  • Conduct and support audit activities of new and existing whey suppliers.
  • Define and drive the whey quality strategy for AFI.

Krav

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in the food industry, preferably within dairy production.
  • Solid understanding of production processes and quality assurance.
  • Experience in quality audits, with the ability to assess and improve supplier performance.
  • Project management skills, with a proven track record of driving progress and delivering results.
  • Knowledge of microbiology and its application in food safety and quality.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
