Arla Foods is seeking a Global Planner for their department in Viby J, Denmark. This temporary role involves Master Production Planning, balancing capacity with demand, and collaborating with various stakeholders globally to optimize milk and capacity utilization.

Ansvarsområden

  • Serve as the coordinating link between sales and production units.
  • Follow up on plans for both sales and production areas.
  • Be responsible for the Master Production Planning of at least one complex site.
  • Balance capacity with demand.
  • Follow up on forecasts and production compliance.
  • Identify imbalances between supply and demand.
  • Collaborate with leaders and employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Gain insight into Arla Foods' business across units and functions.
  • Challenge processes and practices by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and facilitate Plant Review Meetings and other relevant stakeholder meetings.
  • Prepare material and analysis for the monthly Sales & Operation Planning process.
  • Optimize and move production across sites in different countries to fulfill all demand.
  • Facilitate E2E discussions across other planning functions to secure overall Arla value creation.
  • Lead cross-functional projects.
  • Take the lead on knowledge sharing and provide training.

Krav

  • Hold a degree either within Economics or Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience working with planning or logistics is a plus.
  • Advanced user of Excel and BI tools.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain activities, processes, and tools.
  • Skillful communicator with good written and verbal English skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and curious approach.
  • Motivated by achieving goals independently and in collaboration.
  • Eye for detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Analytical skills for problem-solving.
  • Ability to execute through others in a matrix organization.
