Arla is seeking a Global Lead for Quality & Food Safety to lead a team of specialists and set the strategic direction for food safety and quality development within their global supply chain. This role involves driving initiatives, ensuring high standards of governance and compliance, and collaborating across various internal and external functions.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead and develop a team of nine specialists.
  • Drive and govern global quality and food safety development programs.
  • Ensure the team leads global QEHS working groups (Food Safety, Certifications, Laboratories, IT systems, QEHS Targets).
  • Act as a senior specialist and key partner to internal functions and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure high standards of governance, compliance, and operational excellence globally.
  • Manage the QEHS Culture Survey, World Food Safety Day, and QEHS Learning Weeks.

Krav

  • Experienced leader with strong people management skills.
  • Deep technical expertise, particularly within food safety.
  • Solid technical foundation in food science, microbiology, or a related discipline.
  • Substantial experience with quality systems, compliance, and food safety governance.
  • Experience navigating both strategic and hands-on challenges.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effortlessly across functions.
  • Experience leading specialists while driving continuous improvement.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
