Atlas Copco seeks a Global HRIS Specialist in Pune, India, to drive AI adoption and automation within HRIS processes. This hybrid role involves optimizing HRIS support, enhancing data quality, automating workflows, and enabling HR teams with digital tools and insights, leveraging platforms like Power Platform and SAP SuccessFactors.

Ansvarsområden

  • Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across HRIS processes.
  • Build automation using tools such as Power Automate or RPA.
  • Standardize and simplify HR processes to reduce manual effort.
  • Explore and implement AI use cases in HR (e.g., Analytics, Documentation, Process Automation).
  • Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in HRIS operations and support.
  • Stay updated on emerging HR technologies and AI trends.
  • Promote responsible and secure use of AI across HRIS scope.
  • Support SAP SuccessFactors Key users by providing technical and functional support.
  • Collaborate on HR analytics by preparing dashboards and automated reports.
  • Enable self-service capabilities for local HR teams.
  • Participate in global and regional HRIS projects through data preparation, documentation, system integrations and process automation.
  • Keep learning resources up to date by maintaining documentation such as wiki pages and training guides.

Krav

  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Exposure to AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, AI-enabled HR systems).
  • Experience with Chatbot Coaching & Optimization.
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken).

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors or Workday) or similar tools is a plus.
  • Experience in participating HRIS related projects is an advantage.
  • University degree in Information Systems, HR Management, or a related field.
  • Analytical Thinker: Able to dissect complex system issues and design structured, data-driven solutions.
  • Agile Learner: Quickly adapts to evolving platforms and technologies, including AI tools and compliance updates.
  • Reliable Organizer: Manages multiple priorities with precision and maintains clear, up-to-date documentation.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy in HR data, system configurations, and reporting outputs.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Builds strong relationships across HR, IT, and business teams, translating technical concepts into actionable insights.
