Ansvarsområden
- Lead the creation and deployment of compensation frameworks, policies, and guidelines for legacy and acquired employee populations.
- Oversee the compensation harmonization process, balancing organizational equity with enterprise talent needs and Ericsson Group needs.
- Partner with business unit leaders, People Business Partners, and executive teams to align compensation strategies with business objectives.
- Define and track KPIs/OKRs to measure the effectiveness of compensation strategies and frameworks.
- Select and manage external partners, consultants, and vendors to support compensation initiatives.
- Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure transparency and stakeholder alignment during transitions.
- Remain current on compensation trends, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
- Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
Krav
- 8+ years of experience in compensation.
- Proven track record in large, complex global or matrixed organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Deep expertise in compensation strategy development, particularly in post-acquisition integration contexts.
- Advanced knowledge of HR processes, compensation legislation, and market practices.
- Demonstrated skills in strategic leadership, business partnering, data analysis, and program management.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
