Sandvik is seeking an experienced Global Account Manager for its operations in Milton, Brisbane, and Perth. This full-time role focuses on driving sustainable and profitable growth through value-based sales, building strong customer partnerships, and identifying opportunities for Sandvik to add value. The position requires regular international travel and offers flexible working arrangements.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop and manage a detailed plan engaging with internal stakeholders to drive future business growth and co-create long-term value within the relationship.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective engagement across all levels to ensure that identified value is captured.
  • Ensure customer stakeholders understand the value delivered by Sandvik's offerings and how it applies to their specific needs.
  • Monitor performance against plan expectations and take decisive action to adjust as necessary.

  • Must have the right to live and work in Australia.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Implement effective account management strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders across diverse cultures and regions.
