AWS Infrastructure Services is looking for a GFOCC Tech to maintain and operate the world’s largest cloud computing infrastructure in Mumbai. This role involves remote monitoring, servicing of servers, network, and telecommunication equipment, requiring strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Ansvarsområden

Maintain and operate the world’s largest cloud computing infrastructure.
Perform remote troubleshooting of GFO sites network and compute infrastructure.
Triaging and repairing server & network hardware remotely in coordination with on-ground support.
Coordinate in resolving data center facility issues.
Coordinate remote hands & eyes for any site issues.
Participate in site improvement projects.
Improve Safety and Security operational processes.
Participate in team/service provider meetings for metric and performance analysis.
Assist senior techs in quality checks of new sites and network scaling projects.
Guide vendor resources on AWS GFO standards, policies, and guidelines.

Krav

High school or equivalent diploma.
2+ years of Computer Hardware Repair, Infrastructure Cabling, Network Deployment, or Data Center Operations experience.
1+ years of Linux operating systems experience.
Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution.
Ability to operate efficiently under pressure.
Proven ability solving complex problems.
Experience with ticketing systems, root cause analysis, and task prioritization.
