General Accounting Manager – Record to Report (R2R)

As a General Accounting Manager in Hyderabad, you will lead the end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) process, focusing on financial close execution, maintaining a strong control environment, and driving transformation through automation and AI. This role requires extensive experience in US GAAP, ERP systems (Oracle, SAP), and managing a team of accounting professionals.

Ansvarsområden

Own and manage month-end and quarter-end close processes and ensure timelines.
Drive proactive issue resolution and escalation management.
Ensure accuracy and completeness in accordance with US GAAP requirements.
Identify automation opportunities and lead implementation projects.
Partner with various cross-functional teams including General Ledger, Inter Company, Finance AP, AR, FP&A, and IT.
Interact regularly with leadership and global stakeholders, providing updates on close status, risks, and key insights.
Lead or co-lead key initiatives, including system implementations and process transformations.
Support enterprise-wide programs such as close optimization and ERP transformation.

Krav

CA / CPA or equivalent.
15+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance with strong expertise in GL and R2R processes.
Working knowledge with Oracle and SAP ERP systems.
Strong understanding of financial systems including ARM, HFM, AGIS.
Demonstrated experience managing teams in a global/shared services environment.
Bachelor's degree.
7+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Advantage to have knowledge on Tableau.
Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
