Ansvarsområden
- Act as a first contact point for questions related to HR systems and tools.
- Support processes like access management, technical support, data administration and maintenance, and incident raising.
- Help investigate issues in data transfer between HR systems.
- Closely cooperate with system providers.
- Keep the HR-systems user community up to date and manage future system requirements.
- Take responsibility for the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information in everyday work.
Krav
- Previous experience in the HR area and administration of HR processes.
- Proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with MS Office.
- Openness to other people, ability to establish relationships, and a focus on authenticity and a relaxed atmosphere.

Önskade kvalifikationer
- Educational background in HR or economics (appreciated but not mandatory).
