Atlas Copco Korea is seeking a full-time GAP Planner Service to coordinate global marine service activities in Busan. This on-site role involves managing service quotations, resource planning, and ensuring efficient execution of worldwide service operations, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Ansvarsområden

Coordinate Global Marine Service requests and manage the global service schedule.
Develop service quotations confirming scope, labor, travel, tools, parts, schedules, costs, and commercial requirements.
Match service requirements with qualified Field Service Engineers based on availability, competence, and travel needs.
Coordinate prerequisites for successful service execution including technical instructions, safety, tools, parts, and travel.
Track mobilization and service progress, manage escalations, and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate planning data and contribute to improvements in resource utilization, schedule adherence, and reporting quality.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Marine Operations, or a related field.
Relevant experience in service planning, field service coordination, logistics, project coordination, or marine operations.
Solid understanding of service quotation preparation, resource planning, mobilization, execution follow-up, reporting, invoicing, and job closure.
Basic commercial knowledge of labor costs, travel expenses, cost allocation, service orders, and warranty processes.
Good working knowledge of ERP systems, CRM tools, field service planning applications, reporting platforms, and Microsoft 365 applications.
Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across regions, functions, cultures, and time zones.
Safety-first, customer-focused, and service-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrates ownership, sound judgment, cost awareness, reliable follow-through, and proactive escalation when required.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience coordinating engineers, technicians, vessel attendance, shipyard activities, offshore assignments, or international travel is preferred.
Exposure to marine services, rotating equipment, compressors, LNG carriers, shipyards, or dry-docking environments is a strong advantage.
