I korthet

Tetra Pak is offering an 18-month Future Talent Program in Services Sales Engineering based in Denton, TX. This program is designed for recent graduates with engineering degrees to develop leadership skills, gain business knowledge, and gain hands-on experience in sales opportunities, customer relationships, and technical support. The program has start dates in February 2027 and July 2027.

Ansvarsområden

Participate in analysis and follow-up of sales opportunities and promote services.
Conduct proposals, negotiations, and closing deals with Key Account Managers and Account Managers.
Interact with customers daily to handle transactions, set up services, assist with parts ordering, and facilitate invoicing.
Participate in analyzing and following up on customer satisfaction results.
Manage technical sales including commercial activities and technical support for plant components, spare parts, and upgrades.
Lead communication and planning with customers for service and maintenance events.
Participate in preparing service contracts, including calculation, planning, and execution.
Confirm resources for service delivery and control service delivery.

Krav

A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or related engineering fields.
Finished or will finish studies between May 2026 and June 2027.
Strong customer orientation, great interpersonal skills, and empathy.
A very analytical, data-driven mindset.
Overall good computer skills.
An outgoing personality and collaborative work style.
