I korthet

Tetra Pak is seeking a high-potential engineering graduate for its 18-month Future Talent Program in Cuautitlan, Mexico. This role focuses on Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) and World Class Manufacturing (WCM), offering hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth within a food processing equipment manufacturing site.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
  • Learn and apply WCM methodologies to drive sustainable operational performance.
  • Develop expertise in risk management, legal compliance, environmental management, continuous improvement, loss analysis, problem solving, and operational excellence.
  • Participate in risk assessments and hazard identification.
  • Support legal compliance activities.
  • Follow up SHE KPIs and action plans.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects with different stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Production, Industrial Engineering, and global stakeholders.
  • Lead a WCM+SHE Future Talent project.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field (Chemical, Industrial, Environmental, Safety, Biotechnology, etc.).
  • Strong interest in SHE and Operational Excellence.
  • Comfortable working on the production floor.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and self-driven.
  • Strong learning agility.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Internship or school project in a manufacturing environment or in the SHE / WCM area is an advantage.
  • Enjoys interacting with people.
