Tetra Pak is looking for a Future Talent - Purchaser in Kunshan, China, to autonomously manage material and production planning activities to meet production targets. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally and maintain SAP master data.

Ansvarsområden

  • Perform autonomous activities related to material and/or production planning to meet agreed deadlines.
  • Support manager to meet forecasted production volumes and consumption needs of the factory and/or resale.
  • Act as a technical reference for other areas or new employees.
  • Manage cross-functional communication for customer special requests, production changes, or material status.
  • Calculate material requirements, analyze stock levels, and communicate supply shortage risks to production planning.
  • Schedule orders according to factory capacity, project schedule, constraints, block sequence priority, order ETD, and production lead time.
  • Maintain Master Data in SAP.
  • Challenge and update safety stock on a regular basis.
  • Deploy KPIs and associated actions.
  • Actively participate in appropriate projects and WCM pillars.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or other related disciplines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Faster learner.
  • Ability to work under pressure and balance work and life.
  • Easy to get along with and try to help others.
