Tetra Pak is seeking newly graduates for its 18-month Future Talent Programme as a Maintenance Engineer, starting October 2026 in Gornji Milanovac, Serbia. This permanent position offers a designed development program with training and job rotations to grow engineers and leaders within the company.

Ansvarsområden

  • Learn modern technology for packaging material production
  • Lead preventive maintenance for automation and electrical equipment
  • Drive diagnostics and root cause analysis for equipment losses
  • Contribute to World Class Manufacturing (Total Productive Maintenance) activities
  • Lead projects and participate in cross-functional activities
  • Prepare and lead equipment modifications and improvements
  • Manage people by setting goals, providing feedback, and improving skills

Krav

  • Recently finished (2025) or about to finish (2026) Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
  • Confident computer (Microsoft Office) and presentation skills
  • Knowledge and interest in automation & electrical systems
  • Mature and professional personality with the ability to create and utilize a broad network
  • Problem solver with strong personal drive
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and apply learnings into practice
  • Fluent in English and Serbian, both written and verbal
