Tetra Pak seeks a Future Talent - CSO Trainee in Kuala Lumpur to develop into a Maintenance Engineer. This role involves participating in preventive maintenance, managing spare parts, monitoring equipment, and assisting with installations while adhering to safety regulations.

Ansvarsområden

  • Learn and participate in the execution of preventive maintenance activities, including on-the-job training.
  • Request spare parts and place orders in accordance with maintenance processes and technical recommendations.
  • Develop skills to monitor equipment condition, identify issues, and restore basic operational functionality.
  • Support production operators to ensure the production line runs efficiently and without disruption.
  • Participate in equipment installation activities, including on-the-job training.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and tidy working environment.
  • Execute all tasks in full compliance with OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations, actively promoting a strong safety culture.

Krav

  • Limited or no experience in hands-on technical work.
  • Willingness to develop skills and perform maintenance and/or repair work and installations tasks.
