Tetra Pak's Future Talent Program offers an 18-month leadership track for recent graduates in Bogota, Colombia. This Business Development Analyst role provides extensive business knowledge, project rotations, international assignments, and formal training to develop your career. The program seeks driven individuals with an innovative mindset and strong communication skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Prepare commercial strategy to support the sales team using internal and external sources.
  • Scout, promote, follow-up, and analyze commercial opportunities based on customer information.
  • Maintain regular communication to strengthen customer relationships and understand their strategies and needs.
  • Develop solution proposals to identify opportunities.
  • Apply financial analysis to evaluate business opportunities and make strategic decisions.
  • Understand Tetra Pak's product portfolio and value proposition.
  • Organize, prepare, and present workshops to Market clients.

Krav

  • Recent graduation in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Interest in promoting sales of Tetra Pak’s portfolio: Packaging, equipment and machinery, services.
  • Ability to make technical quotations and negotiations.
  • Experience or knowledge in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
  • Passion for excellence.
  • Customer centricity.
  • University graduation date completed between December 2024 and December 2026.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Nice to have experience in project management methodology.
  • Nice to have SAP management knowledge.
  • Nice to have Power BI knowledge.
