Tetra Pak is seeking a Future Talent - Automation Engineer in Beijing, China to maintain, upgrade, and improve automation equipment. This role involves designing and implementing factory automation applications using digital technologies like PLC and SCADA, and applying AI for efficiency and predictive maintenance.
Ansvarsområden
- Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrade, and continuous improvement of automation equipment.
- Design, develop, and implement factory automation applications and projects.
- Apply digital technologies, such as PLC programming and SCADA systems, to improve production monitoring and operational efficiency.
- Utilize AI technologies, including machine learning and computer vision, to analyze production and equipment data, improve efficiency and stability, and enable predictive problem prevention.
- Continuously monitor the latest developments in automation and AI technologies and drive their implementation in manufacturing operations.
- Analyze, design, and develop PLC programs and HMI/SCADA applications based on Siemens TIA Portal and Step 7 software.
- Perform electrical hardware design, including electrical schematics, hardware layout drawings, and component selection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure automation projects align with the company's overall business strategy and objectives.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, or other related engineering disciplines.
- Strong technical knowledge of automation and control systems, with hands-on experience in PLC, HMI, SCADA, and related automation tools.
- Proficient in at least one programming language (such as Python or C++).
- Solid understanding of electrical engineering and industrial automation principles, with a good foundation in object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with database operations, computer networks, and microcomputer principles.
- CET-6 or above, with strong English communication skills and proficiency in standard office software applications.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience in automation or AI-related project development is preferred.
- Experience in data analysis and processing using digital tools; understanding of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) concepts is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI); familiarity with machine learning, deep learning, or computer vision technologies is an advantage.
- Strong learning agility, with a keen interest in emerging technologies and the ability to adapt to a fast-changing technical environment.
