Vattenfall is looking for a Functional Consultant to join their Customer Metering & Settlement Solutions department. The role focuses on developing and maintaining IT solutions using SAP IS-U and SAP CRM to support business goals. Responsibilities include stakeholder communication, system monitoring, incident resolution, and ensuring solutions meet business and regulatory needs.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide expertise to ensure stable and reliable solutions are designed, developed, implemented, and maintained.
  • Contribute to quality assurance activities to meet business needs.
  • Initiate and maintain continuous dialogue with business stakeholders.
  • Monitor system activities on a daily basis.
  • Handle and resolve incidents.
  • Create functional/technical design of error corrections, small assignments, and projects.
  • Ensure implemented changes fulfill business needs and are compliant with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies/guidelines.
  • Coordinate changes and collaborate with other departments.

Krav

  • Strong communicative skills.
  • Creative and analytical mindset.
  • Master Swedish and English in both spoken and written format.
  • In-depth SAP IS-U knowledge and/or functional SAP and/or energy market experience.
  • Service Notification/Order experience.
  • EDM knowledge.
  • Device Management knowledge.
  • Market communication (EDIEL) and Idoc processes experience.
  • Web Services experience.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Functional knowledge and experience related to SAP IS-U e.g. Billing and Invoice processes, Workflow.
  • Functional knowledge of relevant SAP modules e.g. SD, CRM, ILM.
  • Technical knowledge i.e. ABAP developer skills including debugging.
  • Knowledge of the Swedish Utility Market.
