We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to provide L2/L3 production support for Epic Beaker applications, analyze and resolve incidents, and configure laboratory workflows and reporting. The role involves supporting change requests, participating in upgrades, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills, along with familiarity with ServiceNow and healthcare IT systems, are essential.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide L2/L3 production support for Epic Beaker applications.
  • Analyze and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within agreed SLAs.
  • Configure and maintain laboratory workflows, test catalogs, specimen collection workflows, result reporting configurations, and laboratory interfaces and integrations.
  • Support change requests, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
  • Participate in application upgrades, release deployments, and regression testing.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with laboratory operations teams, clinicians, and technical stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and SOPs.
  • Support data validation, quality assurance activities, and audit readiness efforts.
  • Participate in on-call support and major incident management when required.
  • Design, develop, test and deploy applications and/or products using AGILE and/or Waterfall methodology.
  • Enhance existing applications and/or products by incorporating new features or modifying existing ones.
  • Support applications and/or products by resolving reported issues timely, effectively, and efficiently.
  • Write good quality code with minimal defects, complying with security considerations.
  • Effectively communicate with internal as well as external stakeholders.

Krav

  • Knowledge of Epic Beaker Clinical Pathology (CP) and/or Anatomic Pathology (AP).
  • Understanding of laboratory workflows, specimen processing, and results reporting.
  • Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms.
  • Good understanding of healthcare IT systems and interoperability concepts.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
