I korthet

Volvo Cars is looking for experienced Full Stack Developers to help build scalable backend and frontend systems that power customer experiences. You will play a key role in designing and building services, working closely with product teams and stakeholders to identify business opportunities and technical improvements in an agile environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Actively take part of the entire development process – from design to final implementation, to deployment of business-critical software
  • Work with product and UX to ensure that product vision and strategy is aligned with architecture and engineering strategy
  • Be an expert in your team’s domain and help stakeholders and adjacent teams understand your services
  • Encourage sound engineering practices while driving the team’s technical strategy and roadmaps
  • Demonstrate and champion an appetite for knowledge and never stop developing as an engineer
  • Actively share your knowledge and coach team members to grow and develop

Krav

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience developing web applications in frontend and backend
  • Experience working in an agile manner
  • Experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript for frontend development
  • Experience with Java, Node.js, Kotlin, C#/.NET, and GraphQL for backend development
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience deploying containerized workloads in a cloud environment is beneficial
  • Solid knowledge of modern software engineering practices (CI/CD, observability, architecture, and reliable, scalable system design)
