I korthet

As a Full Lifecycle Recruiter I, you will manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing and engaging candidates to preparing them for interviews and closing offers. This is a contractual role requiring experience in technical recruiting and candidate sourcing strategies.

Ansvarsområden

  • Source and engage candidates using internal and external tools, Boolean search logic, and multiple sourcing channels to build high-quality, unbiased candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct thorough pre-screens to assess candidate qualifications, compensation expectations, skill level, and availability.
  • Communicate the interview process and set accurate expectations on leveling and compensation.
  • Coach candidates on behavioral interviewing techniques and the overall interview process.
  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiting team members to calibrate candidate profiles and share pipeline insights.
  • Leverage recruiting data and reporting mechanisms to track candidate funnel quality and measure sourcing project outcomes.

Krav

  • Master's degree, or Bachelor's degree
  • Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies
  • 2+ years of technical recruiting in high volume and high hiring bar environment experience

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets
