Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a skilled Full Life Cycle Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple requisitions. You will partner with hiring managers to develop talent strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and contribute to innovative recruiting initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies.
  • Manage customer/partner expectations.
  • Recommend recruitment ideas and strategies for company growth.
  • Implement new processes and fine-tune standard recruiting processes.
  • Articulate plans with deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes in writing.
  • Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives.
  • Assess best practices in interviewing techniques.
  • Identify top performers for senior-level openings.
  • Manage, prioritize, and close multiple requisitions against a timeline.
  • Create customized hiring strategies for talent pools and market conditions.
  • Work on tactical and strategic projects to innovate for customers.

Krav

  • 2+ years of technical recruiting in a high-volume and high-hiring-bar environment.
  • Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.
  • Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Keen focus on delivering business results.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets.
