IKEA is looking for a Fulfilment & Replenishment Flow Planner in Westampton, NJ, to optimize daily warehouse operations by planning inbound and outbound flows, managing shipments, and improving end-to-end planning. This full-time, in-office role requires strong communication and analytical skills to ensure efficient service and on-time delivery.

Ansvarsområden

  • Achieve excellence in daily DC/CDC operations by planning outbound and inbound flows with a focus on the customer and the total supply chain.
  • Plan inbound flow for efficient goods receiving and outbound flow for efficient picking and packing according to set lead time goals.
  • Register and update shipments in yard management.
  • Secure transport requirements, including documentation to fulfil daily.
  • Translate short-term forecasts with operational capacity and find improvement potentials.
  • Communicate and align with various stakeholders to ensure service to the customer.
  • Analyze and continuously improve the end-to-end planning in the fulfilment unit.
  • Troubleshoot planning deviations to secure on time delivery and fill rate.

Krav

  • Experience in logistics and supply chain.
  • Ability to plan inbound and outbound flows.
  • Familiarity with yard management systems.
  • Skills in translating forecasts with operational capacity.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder alignment abilities.
  • Analytical skills for process improvement and troubleshooting.

  • Completion of a background check and a drug test are required.
