Ansvarsområden

  • Support the team in planning, leading, and performing tasks for major areas of responsibility: picking, packing, unloading, loading, and replenishment of goods/orders.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment within the fulfilment unit.
  • Ensure adherence and compliance with all safety requirements and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Responsible for achieving goals set by the Fulfilment Operations Manager or Team Leader.
  • Supervise daily processes in the assigned area of responsibility, identifying and acting on improvement potentials.
  • Ensure daily routines are followed.

Krav

  • University/college degree (Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management) or relevant experience and proven performance in a retail and/or logistics role.
  • Proven experience in utilizing technical equipment.
  • Proven record of applying and taking personal initiatives.
  • Computer skills.
  • Experience in planning and improving daily operations.
  • Confident and clear communication in English, both written and verbal.
