As a Fulfilment Operations Coordinator at IKEA, you will ensure a seamless shopping experience by managing product availability, handling, and delivery. This role involves supporting daily operational excellence, coordinating tasks across functions, and maintaining a safe working environment to achieve operational goals.

Ansvarsområden

  • Contribute to daily operational excellence by supporting the team in planning, leading, and performing tasks across key fulfilment areas.
  • Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks with a holistic view of the total operation, securing an efficient workflow.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and sustainable working environment in line with IKEA safety standards.
  • Support the achievement of operational goals set by the Fulfilment/Replenishment Operations Team Leader.
  • Oversee daily processes within the assigned area of responsibility, acting quickly on deviations and resolving issues.

Krav

  • Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Ability to work within a diverse team and contribute to a positive customer experience.
  • Understanding of safety standards and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities and ensure routines are followed.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with picking, packing, loading, unloading, goods replenishment, and yard operations.
  • Holistic view of total operation to secure efficient workflow.
  • Training in IKEA safety standards and Standard Operating Procedures.

Förmåner

  • Pay range of $25.06 - $35.40 per hour.
  • Full-time hours (34-40 hours per week).
