IKEA is seeking a Fulfilment Operations Coordinator for the AM shift in Hamilton. This role involves supporting daily operations such as picking, packing, and loading goods, while ensuring a safe and organized work environment. A university or college degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required, with leadership experience considered an asset.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support the team in planning and performing tasks for picking, packing, unloading, loading, and replenishment of goods/orders.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the fulfillment unit.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety requirements and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Supervise daily processes in the assigned area of responsibility, identifying and acting on improvement potentials.
  • Ensure that daily routines are followed and achieve goals set by the Fulfilment Operations Manager or Team Leader.

Krav

  • University or college degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in retail and/or logistics operations.
  • Demonstrated experience using technical equipment and systems efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and continuously improve daily operations to drive efficiency and productivity.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to guide, support, and develop teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, is considered a strong asset.
