IKEA is seeking a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker in Centennial, Colorado, to ensure product availability and manage goods flow efficiently. This full-time role involves contributing to operational goals, maintaining stock accuracy, and supporting co-workers within a retail environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop and use knowledge of IKEA operations, tools, and colleague expertise in the goods flow team.
  • Achieve the highest level of product availability in good condition at the lowest total cost.
  • Contribute to the highest goods availability for customers through correct and on-time execution of assigned store goods flow tasks.
  • Support and guide co-workers in the goods flow team.
  • Perform effectively and further develop the store goods flow operation in the assigned area.
  • Use available systems and tools to support an efficient goods flow process and data integrity.
  • Work according to and further develop the inventory routine to maximize stock accuracy.
  • Contribute to agreed goals of the action plan in daily work by being involved in the goal setting process.
  • Contribute to optimized daily goods flow operations within assigned goods flow processes.
  • Work in a lean, simple, and cost-conscious way, using and sharing good examples.

Krav

  • Permanent – Full-Time position.
  • Must be able to work nights & weekends.
  • Requires a background check and a drug test as a condition of employment.
