We are seeking a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker for the AM Shift in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This full-time role requires a minimum of 1 year of related experience and weekend availability. You will perform core and support processes to ensure accurate and on-time execution of fulfilment operations.

Ansvarsområden

Perform core and support processes in the assigned area of responsibility, using available systems and tools.
Contribute to the highest goods availability through accurate and on-time execution.
Commit to all IKEA health, safety, and security rules and business requirements.
Ensure optimized daily fulfilment unit operations within the assigned area by working in a lean, simple, and cost-conscious way.

Krav

Minimum 1 year of related experience.
Shifts between 5am-12:30 or 6-1:30pm.
Weekend availability is mandatory.
