IKEA is seeking a Full-Time Fulfilment Operations Associate in Stoughton, MA to contribute to customer order fulfillment by managing inbound goods, product replenishment, and order picking. This role involves operating scanner equipment, inventory tools, and potentially powered mobile equipment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Receiving inbound goods and ensuring inventory accuracy.
  • Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor).
  • Performing sales space replenishment according to visual merchandising guidance.
  • Picking and preparing customer orders within the agreed timeframe.
  • Handling goods including unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, picking, and loading.
  • Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools, including IT systems.
  • Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.

Krav

  • 2 years of experience in high volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
  • Physical Demands: Lifting, Pushing/Pulling, Sliding/Transferring and Carrying Occasionally (up to 50lbs).
  • Certification in at least one power mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) preferred.
