IKEA is seeking a Fulfilment Integration Specialist in Chandigarh, India, to ensure operational excellence and a seamless omnichannel customer experience. This role involves managing and optimizing fulfillment operations, collaborating with various teams, and driving continuous improvement in goods flow and stock accuracy to maintain high availability and low costs.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead and steer fulfillment operations within the market, focusing on operational excellence, performance, and development.
  • Strive for high performance at the lowest possible cost while ensuring long-term profitability and a great customer experience.
  • Secure development and well-being for co-workers within Unit Fulfilment.
  • Enable efficient execution of replenishment and customer order fulfillment processes.
  • Continuously improve fulfillment processes across all sales channels, focusing on lead times, availability, quality, and cost.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of Commercial activation at local and market levels.
  • Execute Operational Forecasting in cooperation with commercial partners, monitoring deviations and ensuring forecast quality.
  • Secure correct stock accuracy by proactive monitoring and necessary actions.
  • Contribute to optimal stock structure to reduce avoidable stock, improve capacity utilization, and lower costs.
  • Ensure goods flow processes are executed according to standard operating procedures, including safety and quality measures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders like Service Fulfilment and CDC on forward/reverse flow of goods, material handling, waste management, and click-and-collect orders.
  • Work with the Shop commercial team to secure resources for handling forecast volumes and the commercial calendar.

Krav

  • University degree (Logistics, Economics, Business Administration or related) or equivalent working experience in retail/home furnishing/supply chain/customer service.
  • Good computer skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proven analytical and numeric skills with the ability to identify and address required actions.
  • Experience in problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Good knowledge of IKEA processes (retail and/or logistics), tools, and working methods.
  • Understanding of customer needs, demands, and expectations in the local market.
  • Knowledge and understanding of KPIs used for success measures for own function.
  • Well versed with relevant IT systems/solutions/tools.
