Join Amazon's Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) team as a Front-End Engineer II in Bengaluru, India. You will build next-generation, scalable, and intuitive web experiences for sellers worldwide, translating complex supply-chain decisions into user-friendly interfaces. This role requires strong computer science fundamentals and experience with modern front-end technologies.

Ansvarsområden

Design, develop, test, and launch high-quality web experiences for FBA sellers worldwide.
Translate complex workflows involving inventory placement, capacity, cost, and delivery options into simple and intuitive customer experiences.
Collaborate closely with UX designers and product managers to turn customer needs and product concepts into scalable technical solutions.
Own significant front-end features and components from design through implementation, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
Build reusable UI components, frameworks, and patterns that improve consistency and accelerate development across FBA experiences.
Make sound architectural and technology decisions for large-scale front-end applications.
Integrate front-end experiences with APIs and distributed backend services.
Deliver responsive, performant, secure, and accessible experiences across browsers, devices, marketplaces, and seller workflows.
Apply strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals to write simple, extensible, testable, and maintainable code.
Improve engineering quality through code reviews, automated testing, observability, operational excellence, and continuous improvements to development practices.
Investigate customer and operational issues across the full application stack and drive them to resolution.
Collaborate with engineers across FBA and Amazon to influence technical direction and deliver experiences spanning multiple systems and organizations.
Mentor other engineers, contribute to engineering best practices, and help raise the technical bar of the team.

Krav

2+ years of non-internship professional front end, web or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS experience.
4+ years of computer science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis) experience.
Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as angular and react.

Önskade kvalifikationer

1+ years of agile software development methodology experience.
Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node.
