Electrolux Group is seeking an FP&A Business Analyst in Krakow, Poland to join their Finance team. This role involves delivering managerial reporting, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and providing decision-making support within a hybrid work environment.
Ansvarsområden
- Perform in-depth analysis of critical business activities and business units to determine upcoming business opportunities and risks, including monitoring and optimization of structural cost base.
- Leverage data analytics and visualization tools to deliver insights on operational trends within the business.
- Participate in the period-end closing activities.
- Play a key role in the business planning and review processes, providing analytical and strategic support to internal customers throughout the business.
- Participate in the creation of annual forecasts and budgets, as well as advanced quantitative analysis and financial models.
- Assist with the preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external reporting schedules, as well as automating reporting processes.
- Play a strategic role in the reporting and planning of the company’s workforce and operational management.
- Assist with other ad hoc tasks to ensure the FP&A team manages its deliverables.
Krav
- Academic degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration or similar
- Experience within Finance function (finance, accounting, tax and/or business analysis)
- Fluency in English (business English)
- Excellence in MS Office suite (especially Excel)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly proactive and self-motivated team player with great social and communication skills
- Tech savvy with strong interest in financial systems
