Ansvarsområden

Provide overall expertise, advice, and consultancy in food protection.
Support resolution of escalated problems remotely and on-site.
Provide aseptic performance specific expertise to customers and internal stakeholders.
Contribute to field Aseptic Performance and drive the improvement of quality operations.
Analyze Aseptic Performance data and contribute to its geographical implementation.
Contribute with guidance to delivery of food protection related services.
Participate in food protection support networks.
Contribute to preparation of basic trainings for internal and external customers.

Krav

Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., FSE A with certification, Development Engineer).
Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or Food Technology.
Experience working with dairy industry customers in areas such as quality management, food safety, product release, digital quality solutions, and aseptic filling technologies.
Attitude or proven experience with customer relationship management.
Service work experience.
Experience with technical and commercial discussions/negotiations.
Experience with laboratory practices.
