As a Food & Dishwashing Associate, you will prepare food according to IKEA's concept, ensure customer satisfaction by handling inquiries and transactions, and maintain a clean and organized dining and market area. Ansvarsområden
- Prepare and maintain IKEA Food menu items according to the IKEA Food concept.
- Respond to customer inquiries and process sales transactions accurately.
- Maintain equipment operation, troubleshooting breakdowns, and conducting preventive maintenance.
- Ensure a clean supply of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and trays.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and play areas.
- Manage the Swedish Food Market including merchandising, pricing, stock rotation, and sanitization.
- Ensure accurate and timely price communication across all food solutions.
- Maintain supply rotation and stocking following FIFO and expiration dates.
- Implement IKEA Food policies for goods receiving and monthly inventory.
- Adhere to safe food handling, workplace safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality.
Krav
- Minimum 2 years related experience.
- Food Handler Certification and/or Food Handler Card required within 30 days of employment.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience in a high-volume customer facing environment preferred.
- Experience in a high-volume retail environment with knowledge of basic merchandising and selling concepts preferred.
