IKEA is seeking a Food Commercial Manager I in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Ansvarsområden

  • Lead the team through planning, coaching, and coordinating food selling activities to deliver common objectives and goals.
  • Implement common commercial framework, standards, plans, Ways of Working, tools, and KPIs, adapting to local requirements and legislation.
  • Contribute insights and ideas to the market business plan as an integrated commercial partner.
  • Manage forecasting and budgeting in line with the financial plan.
  • Secure global and national compliance standards and optimized levels of commerciality by cooperating effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure the customer has an inspiring food experience.
  • Secure that common store planning solutions and vitality packages are implemented within all food commercial areas.

Krav

  • University degree and 3 years of related experience, or a minimum of 7 years of related experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience.
  • Proven experience in a high-volume food or hospitality environment.
