Ansvarsområden

  • Prepare and maintain IKEA Food menu items adhering to food handling, health, and sustainability standards.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and process sales transactions accurately, following cash handling policies.
  • Maintain equipment operation, troubleshoot breakdowns, and conduct preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure a clean supply of dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils complying with Food Safety Standards.
  • Manage the Swedish Food Market, including merchandising, pricing, stock rotation, and sanitation.
  • Ensure accurate price communication across all food solutions.
  • Maintain supply rotation and stocking using First In, First Out (FIFO) and adhering to expiration dates.
  • Implement IKEA Food policies for goods receiving and inventory.
  • Adhere to safe food handling, workplace safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.

Krav

  • Minimum 2 years related experience.
  • Experience in a high-volume customer-facing environment preferred.
  • Experience in a high-volume retail environment with knowledge of basic merchandising and selling concepts preferred.
  • Food Handler Certification and/or Food Handler Card (as required by local jurisdiction) required within 30 days of employment.
