  • Administer business data in food business solutions to ensure information quality and compliance.
  • Contribute insight and ideas to the market business plan as an integrated commercial partner.
  • Train co-workers and support units to implement new food business solutions.
  • Create, consolidate, and deliver accurate and timely food reports.
  • Contribute to knowledge transfer and information sharing.
  • Act as a member of the food team and proactively contribute to the food plan/output.
  • Work on sustainability within food, including sourcing, circularity, and materials.
  • Cooperate with key stakeholders to secure integration and maximize impact.

  • Broad knowledge of IKEA concept, brand objectives, values, and vision.
  • Broad knowledge of IKEA food business and food retail operations.
  • Broad knowledge of business data and restaurant WoW (way of working) compliance.
  • Broad knowledge of data analytics.
  • Broad knowledge of business administration.
  • Broad knowledge of IKEA tools, processes, and cycles.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management.
  • Good knowledge of operational plans and goals as well as follow up on KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and administrate big sets of data.
  • Ability to understand the role of Commercial as an integrated part of the IKEA business.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships.
  • Ability to deliver within scope of tasks and perform with quality and speed.
  • Ability to follow up on work done and capture learnings to improve.
