IKEA Dublin is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Assistant to enhance customer dining experiences. Responsibilities include customer interaction, payment processing, and maintaining a clean environment. Full training provided.

Ansvarsområden

Create memorable customer experiences by listening to feedback and taking action.
Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe environment for customers and co-workers.
Assist other team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
Work on the restaurant floor, taking payments at tills, using industrial dishwashers, or serving in the Swedish Bistro.
Switch tasks and manage multiple priorities in a varied environment.

Krav

Enjoy working in a varied environment requiring task switching and managing multiple priorities.
Work well as part of a team, understanding individual contributions to team performance.
Approach tasks in a thorough and organized manner, maintaining focus during busy periods.
Must be 18 years old due to Health & Safety regulations.
Previous experience in a food environment is an advantage but not essential; full training is provided.

Förmåner

Start Date of employment on 5th of October.
Hourly rate of €15.70 per hour.
12 hour contract working weekends only.
24 hour contracts working 4 days over 7 days, with evenings and weekend shifts, and every 4th weekend off.
