Finance Operation Services (FinOps) is seeking an experienced candidate for the AP function to work as a Processing Analyst with high accuracy. The role involves AP invoice workflow testing, reconciliation, and handling payment-related queries, requiring strong analytical and deep-dive skills.

Ansvarsområden

Performing the AP Invoice work flow testing
Reconciliation of open invoices received from upstream systems to downstream systems
Handling queries related to defective invoices or Payment Issues
Identifying root causes for problems and ability to Deep Dive
In-depth understanding of AP systems (Coupa and OFA)
Ability to communicate precisely and concisely
Strong analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Successfully manage multiple priorities

Krav

Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com)
Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience as an end-user testing to support AP Platform migrations

Önskade kvalifikationer

3+ years of finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, account receivable (collections) or general ledger experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
Experience using Oracle, or experience in relevant finance roles
