Ansvarsområden

Manage budget versus actuals for business and finance expenditures.
Report actual financial results, comparing them with plans and forecasts, and providing commentary on variances.
Assist in month-end closure activities and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
Alert leadership to unforeseen expenses, risks, and opportunities.
Identify cost reduction opportunities and make recommendations for operational efficiency.
Develop long-term financial projections and build financial models.
Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate results.
Perform budgeting, forecasting, and operational metrics tracking.
Analyze financial data to support decision-making and reporting.
Conduct variance analysis and recommend improvements to business processes.
Collaborate with the accounting team for compliance and accuracy.
Drive process improvements, including report and dashboard creation.
Support ad-hoc business analysis and reporting.
Ensure high data accuracy and attention to detail.
Design and implement reporting tools.

Krav

CA, ICWA, US CPA, or MBA (Finance specialization).
10+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, MIS, and analytics, preferably in a leading high-tech company.
Strong background in accounting, expense accruals, analysis, and capital expenditure analysis.
Advanced analytical and numeric skills; adept at handling complex data and translating it into actionable insights.
Working knowledge of Anaplan, SAP, and advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools; hands-on experience with Oracle is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in shifts to enable collaboration with global teams across different time zones.
