Ansvarsområden

  • Develop and improve finance processes, ways of working, and controls for harmonization, automation, and compliance.
  • Drive and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the finance organization.
  • Perform advanced accounting activities, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
  • Participate in financial system testing, including designing and executing test cases.
  • Analyze improvement opportunities and identify corrective actions.
  • Coach and train finance colleagues in accounting standards and processes.

Krav

  • Strong background in accounting, financial controlling, and financial reporting.
  • Interest in process development and continuous improvement.
  • Experience driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and organizational change.
  • Experience working with financial systems, testing activities, and process development.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish.
