Ansvarsområden
- Lead the regional forecasting cycle and analyze results, trends, and variances.
- Deliver financial and operational analysis to support business decisions.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring across the region.
- Develop financial models and reporting tools for improved visibility.
- Produce management reports, presentations, and analysis for stakeholders.
- Monitor key financial metrics such as receivables, working capital, and bad debt risk.
- Strengthen financial controls and reporting processes in collaboration with country finance teams.
- Support compliance with group reporting standards and financial policies.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for efficiency and consistency.
- Support the adoption of new systems and ways of working.
- Build strong partnerships with country finance teams, regional leadership, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate information flow across multiple countries and support cross-functional decision-making.
Krav
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Experience in Financial Control or Reporting.
- Experience in Audit.
- Experience in Commercial Finance.
- Experience in Regional or multi-country finance environments.
- Knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
- Knowledge of Forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis.
- Knowledge of financial systems and business intelligence tools such as Excel, Power BI and reporting platforms.
- Knowledge of Service-based and/or project-based business models.
- Strong technical capability combined with a collaborative and growth-oriented mindset.
- Ability to use data and insights to support effective decisions.
- Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimisation.
- Ability to build trust quickly across teams, countries and functions.
- Ability to partner effectively with colleagues from different backgrounds and locations.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly and confidently.
- Ability to create concise, engaging reports and presentations for varied audiences.
