I korthet

Financial Controller needed to support Business Controller in overseeing financial performance for two ITBA business lines. Responsibilities include month-end closing, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and compliance with group policies, all within a hybrid work model in Prague.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities in line with Group timelines.
  • Assist in the preparation of management reporting packages.
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning processes.
  • Analyze financial performance, KPIs, margins, and cost structures, highlighting variances vs. budget and forecast.
  • Prepare presentations and dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with Group policies, internal controls, and reporting standards.
  • Participate in ad-hoc analyses, business cases, and strategic projects.
  • Create new reports and develop processes to respond to business information needs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and controls.

Krav

  • Great analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Solid knowledge of controlling, P&L analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills, working with complex Dataset and Power Pivot/Power Query; experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI).
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and matrix organization.
  • Deep attention to detail with a structured and proactive approach.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with senior and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced international environment.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with Variance Analysis (Hours Utilization and Hourly rate calculations) considered a plus.
