As a Financial Analyst for WW Operations Finance IPAT in Bengaluru, you will play a pivotal role in P&L Planning and Reporting, Head Count Controllership, and Global Capital Management. This role involves driving transformative initiatives, optimizing financial processes, and leveraging AI-based automation for planning and reporting frameworks.

Ansvarsområden

  • Drive planning and reporting of worldwide operations across P&L, headcount, and capital management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial data analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with business and finance teams to identify opportunities for optimizing financial processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Drive the automation of the planning and reporting framework and models, utilizing AI-based automation and advanced technology to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  • Maintain good controllership across all FP&A workstreams, implementing robust controls and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science).
  • 2+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience.
  • Experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting.
  • Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills.

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science).
